As a busy medical student, I am always on the go and always looking for snacks that are going to keep me full and satisfied. I am absolutely obsessed with the Nugo Fiber Blueberry Cobbler bars that taste like a delicious baked treat, but also have 12 grams of fiber to keep me going without a sugar crash. I always keep one in my backpack for a snack!

Love the Chocolate Brownie with yogurt. It’s an everyday dessert for me. Great paired with different flavors of yogurt, such as cherry and vanilla. They go great with plain yogurt as well.

I've been used the Cinnamon Raisin Fiber d'lish bar for way over a decade now. It's a great supplement to in between snacking where you know that the ingredients are pure and not ultra-processed. It's one important way that I can achieve my fiber goal each day.

I mean it is hard to go wrong with these flavors it is a granola standard cinnamon and raisins. This does not disappoint you get your fiber with the pleasant cinnamon and the pleasantness of the raisins. This is now my fiber bar.

I love the Fiber d'Lish. I eat one a day. It tastes good and does the trick, keeping everything moving.
Been eating a daily Nugo Fiber D'lish bar for much more than 10 years as a way of making sure that I hit the fiber goal. Considering how many calories are in each bar, it would take far more calories to get the same amount of fiber from most other sources. I eat breakfast very early in the morning and wait to have lunch at noon so hunger pangs really start 2 hours before then. The bar holds me over until lunch by giving me that full feeling. Cinnamon raisin is the sweetest of the remaining flavors in the Fiber line. It's really a treat to eat than a dietary necessity. I do miss the Banana flavor that was in the line for a long time and then discontinued several years ago. If there's a possibility to have that flavor returned to the line, I'd certainly go back to that flavor as well.
