Program FAQ
What is a NuGo Brand Ambassador?
A NuGo brand ambassador is someone who loves NuGo bars and wants to help promote our products and message to their personal and online communities.
Our Ambassadors earn commissions for authentically posting about and promoting our products through honest reviews and real-life experiences.
Do I get free product?
Yes! Active ambassadors will receive a monthly code to order 2 FREE boxes of their favorite NuGo flavor to share and enjoy.
How do I get paid?
Commission payments are made via PayPal or physical check. Checks get sent weekly once you've accrued at least $50 in pending commissions. PayPal payouts get processed weekly (with no minimum amount).
Your preferred payment method can be selected within your ambassador dashboard.
I just signed up, what's next?
Keep an eye on your inbox for your acceptance email! All ambassadors receive a welcome email including your referral link and dashboard login information. This email will have more information on your next steps.
Then, simply share your special affiliate link and your commissions will start rolling it.
What is the referral link and do I need a coupon code?
Your referral link makes it easy to share NuGo digitally and via social media.
The link takes shoppers directly to our website and automatically applies an exclusive discount for first-time customers.
You must use your link for sales to be attributed to you.
How long after someone clicks my link can I get credit?
We have a 30-day cookie duration. Once a customer has clicked on your unique referral link, you will earn commission on any orders they place within that 30-day window.
What is a good way to promote? How often do I have to post?
We encourage our ambassadors to share NuGo at least twice a month:
- 1 Featured Story
- 1 Feed Post, Reel, or TikTok video
Post what you want, when you want. One of our favorite parts about this program is that our ambassadors are free to choose exactly how engaged they want to be!
