Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

• 2 scoops Vanilla NuGo Plant Protein
• 1 ripe banana, frozen
• 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
• 1/4 cup mixed berries (such as raspberries or blackberries), frozen
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-baded milk)
• 1 tsp acai powder
• Optional toppings: shredded coconut, fresh blueberries, sliced bananas, oat flakes


 

Instructions:
  1. Blend your base: Start by adding the Plant Protein powder, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, mixed berries, chia seeds, oat flakes, almond milk, and acai powder into a high-powered blender. Blend everything until it achieves a smooth, creamy consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more almond milk to adjust.
  2. Pour and Prep: Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Use a spoon to smooth the top evenly.
  3. Get Creative with Toppings: Top your smoothie bowl with shredded coconut, more oat flakes, fresh blueberries, and banana slices. Finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds for an extra nutrient kick.
  4. Serve & enjoy immediately!
