“I have no special dietary needs, but I like to focus on getting 60-100 grams of protein per day. The NuGo bars are excellent in helping me in this area because I’m on the go so much. The Bond family eats between 4-8 NuGo bars per day (1-2 bars each). They eat them between meals as a snack as well as on-the-go. His wife runs their busy office, and he always makes sure there is a NuGo bar on her desk to keep her going. His daughter also works with him on the show, and of course she’s a NuGo fan. His son Sterling is a top real estate listing agent in Houston, who works seven days a week, and also eats NuGo on-the-go. Dr. Bond remembers the first time he found NuGo bars.
