Spring has officially sprung, & this Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl is bursting with everything you need for a nourishing breakfast or a refreshing Spring snack.

Ingredients:

• 1 frozen banana, sliced
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
• 1/4 cucumber, sliced
• 2 scoops NuGo Vanilla NuGo Plant Protein
• 1 cup almond milk
• Toppings: kiwi, chia seeds, fresh mint leaves, coconut flakes, honey (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Toss the frozen banana, avocado, spinach, pineapple, cucumber, NuGo Plant Protein powder, and almond milk into your blender. Blend until it’s smooth & creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Spread evenly.
  3. Decorate your smoothie bowl with sliced kiwi, a sprinkle of chia seeds, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey or agave for extra flavor.
  4. Serve right away while it’s fresh and cold.
